You’re the medicine. You’re the magic.
I provide mental health mentoring and consultation for teens, young adults, and families.
In supporting clients, I draw on my experience in clinical psychology and mental health, as well as my experience working in education and justice. The breadth of my work, combined with experience collaborating with a wide range of individuals and communities, has yielded a unique lens and perspective that I’m grateful to be able to offer clients. My style is interactive and authentic, grounded in compassion, and blends curiosity, listening, reflection, and insight. One of my priorities is to help you develop your capacity to hear and calibrate your voice and intuition, cultivate self-compassion and personal power, and balance that alignment and integrity, with humility, curiosity, connection, and compassion for others.
I currently work with high school students in the San Francisco Bay Area and university students around the country. Please reach out anytime with questions or to schedule a free initial consultation. I look forward to connecting!
Please note: I am not a psychotherapist. In my work in schools and nonprofit organizations, I acquired thousands of hours of experience supporting adolescents, teens, young adults, parents, and educators – both independently and in collaboration and consultation with colleagues and supervisors – but chose not to pursue licensure for a host of reasons I’m happy to share at any time. I have my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and successfully completed the California Board of Behavioral Sciences Law & Ethics exam, and align my practice with those standards where appropriate. I do not diagnose or treat clinical disorders, and will refer out to the appropriate specialist if concerns arise that are outside my scope of practice. (*hours not verified by a licensing authority)
